This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with MANNAFIX PTE. LTD.

1. Processing Time

     Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Shipping Time

     Singapore: 5–10 business days

     Malaysia: 5–12 business days

     International: 7–15 business days

   As we operate a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on supplier location.

3. Shipping Fees

   Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Promotions may include free shipping.

4. Tracking

   Tracking numbers will be provided via email once shipped.

5. Customs & Duties

   Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.

6. Incorrect Address

   We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

7. Lost Parcels

   If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us.
